Our discounted rent incentive program is designed to reward tenants who pay their rent on time.  The program is simple, have your rent payment arrive before 5:00 PM on the first day of the month and you get a $50 rental discount for that month.

Rent received by the 1st. day of the month

Rent received by the 5th day of the month

• Regular rent amount

Rent received after the 5th day of the month

• 10% late fee
